DLF Limited has launched its new integrated township development project named DLF Garden city. Covering residential, commercial and plotted units, the `8,000 cr integrated township will encompass an area of 450-acre stretching across sectors including 86, 87, 90, 91 and 92 in new Gurgaon.
The blueprint for the projects indicate segregation of land for five hospital sites and three colleges in the area that will be close to sectors 74A and 75A. The plotted development projects include The Primus, Regal Gardens and New Town Heights, which would be a part of DLF garden city. With the spotlight on the new commercial hub in new Gurgaon, the plans of the project offer plots of various sizes ranging from 250 to 502 sq yards. Also in the pipeline is the commercial complex Galleria 91, which will be housed in DLF garden city. The real estate giants are in active construction in over 100 acres in sectors 86, 90 and 91, building group housing colonies with 3,200 apartments.
