The construction frenzy has benefited several of its suppliers, including the equipment manufacturing industry. Besides the heightened demand for machinery and related products, emphasis is on the efficiency of equipment and progressive mechanical solutions. Manufacturers are working hard to match pace with the demand. The TIMES COMMEX 2012 will be the Gujarat’s first major event for the construction and mining machinery market.
Previous editions of COMMEX were held in Hyderabad in 2006, 2008 and 2010, but this time Ahmedabad has been chosen as the most befitting event venue, in view of Gujarat’s rapid progress towards achieving developmental supremacy in India. The emergence of Gujarat as one of the potential economic stalwarts of India has attracted this event on construction to this part of the country.
