Product Basket
The company boasts of an extensive range of building products, which are manufactured in its five state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities in Kymore, Nashik, Coimbatore, Kolkata and Roorkee. A brief synopsis of some products is given below:
Everest Fibre Cement Boards: These are manufactured from a homogenous mixture of portland cement, treated cellulose fibres, finely ground silica, quartz and other select mineral fillers in a state-of-the-art unit using sophisticated, digitally-controlled processes. These are used as multipurpose cement boards, heavy-duty cement boards and siding. The company has immense experience in producing over 1 billion square feet (sq. ft) of roofing and over 48 million sq. ft of fibre cement boards.
Everest Rooflight: It is a high quality polycarbonate-roofing sheet manufactured using virgin polycarbonate resins through the co-extrusion process, which ensures uniform thickness, excellent UV resistance, high impact strength and durability. The product is unbreakable, resistant to natural weather elements such as sun, rain, wind and hail, energy efficient and transmits 90% light. The product is primarily used in industrial buildings, commercial complexes and agricultural applications like poultry sheds, green houses and the like.
Everest Pre-engineered Buildings: These are custom-designed and factory-built. These can be erected in half the time with minimal on-site work, thereby reducing uncertainty in project schedules and accelerating project completion by almost 6 months. The buildings have low-maintenance cost and are resistant to moisture and adverse weather conditions.
Everest Access Floor System: These floors assure greater sustainability and offer a number of advantages over conventional flooring options. Besides, these promise safe and excellent grounding and electrical continuity. This type of flooring option offers ultimate flexibility and accessibility in terms of telecom/data services and power connection configurations. These are available in various finishes such as steel raised floor with cable tank, anti-static European style composite raised panels and Calcium Sulphate Panel, among others.
Everest Industries Ltd is ISO 14000 certified. All its manufacturing facilities are ISO 9000 certified.
