Heera Construction sign MoU with Duravit

The MoU will enable Duravit to provide world class bathrooms in their upcoming projects in the state of Kerala

In yet another attempt to attract customers towards real estate investment, the premium construction company of Kerala - Heera Construction - has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Duravit India Private Limited, the Germany based designer bathroom solutions provider. This MoU will enable Duravit to provide world class bathrooms in their upcoming projects in Kerala.

 
Construction in southern India has been on a rise this fiscal after the announcement of the Union Budget 2012-13. This part of the country has been considered as the silent crusader that has been silently building and strengthening its real estate market and also making itself visible as one of the most sought after destinations for real estate development within the country.
 
Heera Construction Company is in the process of completing 10 projects in the state consisting of 2142 apartments.
