JLL sweeps International Property Awards Asia Pacific

The company sweeps 12 awards in the international show, including awards in categories like Best Property Consultant in India

Renowned global financial and professional services firm Jones Lang LaSalle has been honoured at the International Property Awards Asia Pacific, which was organised in association with HSBC Bank in Kuala Lumpur recently. Among the categories, JLL was awarded for was the ‘Best Property Consultancy in India’.

The firm was the winner of 12 awards in total. These awards included the five star ‘Best Property Consultancy’ award in the nine countries across the region and also the highly commended awards in three more countries.

According to Anuj Puri, chairman and country head for James Lang LaSalle India, “This is a very prestigious recognition through a renowned global forum. The judging parameters factored in our organisational background, leadership acumen, institutional governance, business achievements and employee best practices."

JLL was also able to secure the five star award in countries such as Australia, China, Japan, India, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea and Taiwan. JLL was awarded the Highly Commended Property Consultancy in Asian countries like Hong Kong, Thailand and Indonesia.
The International Property Awards Asia Pacific are open to property developers, builders, brokers, real estate agents, realtors, architects, interior designers, public relations and advertising agencies. Properties under development can also be entered at any stage of construction provided planning approval has been granted.
